shipping & ordering

We are committed to creating a quality experience for you every time you place an order with The Sublime Dragonfly. We want you to feel satisfied with the products and services we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that our staff can provide you the same superior customer service every time.

Order Online
Ordering online is safe, simple and secure. We currently use PayPal as our secure ordering site.  Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to the checkout. The cart will guide you through the steps. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

Order Processing
Because all of our natural bath and body products are currently handmade and we want you to be able to enjoy them as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship all orders within 5-7 working days after payment is cleared. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be very rare delays and you will be notified by email. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. You will always receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped.

Payment
The Sublime Dragonfly currently uses PayPal for credit card orders.  Money Orders and Personal Checks  should be made payable to The Sublime Dragonfly with all mail orders, however we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee of $30 for returned checks.   You may request a mail-order form by contacting us at info@sublime-dragonfly.com.  Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping
We provide standard shipping via our choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx. Rush orders are possible at an additional fee.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax at a rate of 7 percent will be charged on all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

Gift Certificates
Our natural, handmade bath and body products make the perfect gifts! To make gift-giving easy we offer gift certificates for mail orders only.  If you are unsure what to get for someone on your list, don’t think about it another minute. Purchase a gift certificate, cross it off your list, and let us take care of the rest. They'll enjoy shopping  and selecting the handmade, natural bath and body products that are right for their personal retreat.

Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is free with request for all orders over $50.  Just let us know when ordering your gifts - you may also want to let us know the type of occasion, female/male  and any other information that will help us with creating your beautiful gift. 

Favors
Custom-made favors featuring our handmade, natural bath and body products are available by contacting us at info@sublime-dragonfly.com. Simply let us know your special request and a staff member will consult with you and create a unique and perfect favor package for you, including pricing information.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all of The Sublime Dragonfly handmade, natural bath and body products.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged in shipping. If any product arrives damaged or unusable, we will issue a refund or replacement with the customer's request. You will be refunded for the cost of the items less shipping. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting us.  We must be contacted within 10 days of ordering to qualify for any refunds.  For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. The Sublime Dragonfly is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Backorders
If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Animal Testing
We respect all living creatures and therefore do not test any of our products on animals.
